Anthony R. Cerceo

Anthony Cerceo handles all areas of commercial real estate law, including the acquisition, development and financing of office, retail, hotel, multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the United States, as well as leasing and other commercial real estate activities.

Anthony has particular experience representing capital partners in the negotiation of complex joint venture arrangements for preeminent properties in New York and across the United States. Additionally, Anthony has worked on many mortgage and mezzanine financings, including construction loans and permanent financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony practiced in the real estate groups of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and, later, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
