Andrew S. Harris

Andrew Harris is a seasoned litigator experienced in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution from pleadings through trial in federal and New York State courts. He joined Levitt & Boccio, LLP in the fall of 2015 to manage litigation across the diversified portfolio of assets of our major real estate developer clients.

Andrew began his legal career as a litigation associate in the Manhattan office of Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP where he specialized in complex commercial litigation. He then clerked for the Hon. Shira Ann Scheindlin, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. He was subsequently an associate and then Of Counsel to the litigation boutique firm Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP where he represented directors, officers, investors and companies in a variety of business litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, intra-corporate disputes over intellectual property, real estate and other assets, trade secrets, and disputes relating to business separations.

Mr. Harris is a certified mediator at the New York Peace Institute and is on the neutral panel of the Commercial Division, New York Supreme Court. For the Federal Bar Council, he is team liaison for Inn of Court and a member of the editorial board of the Federal Bar Council Quarterly.
