Jeffrey Levitt leads the firm's residential practice group, which negotiates and closes hundreds of high-profile condominium transactions each year on behalf of New York City's most active developers of luxury properties. He works directly with sponsors and their marketing teams to implement their sales strategies on the most prestigious new construction projects throughout the New York area.
Jeffrey has 30 years of broad experience representing prominent real estate companies in the acquisition, development and leasing of commercial projects. He also has extensive experience representing clients in their leasing programs at major New York City office buildings and shopping centers, and has advised new media and technology clients in the establishment and leasing of their national headquarters locations and national satellite offices.
